Incomplete Report: I must say osky is a total time-waster! No he didn't upload anything and he kept giving me excuses. Excuse No. 1 - he needed to study and will send the files. Excuse No.2 - he said his staff will send me the file. So which one is true?? There is NOTHING! Why you keep saying if "I saw the files"?! Please do not rebut to this statement, you should close your account and do not bother to bid any project here!

Incomplete Report: Communication was sparse with provider, and after 3 days I still have not seen a draft, even though provider promised something in 2 days. I can't speak for the quality of osky's work (from other's feedback, it seems to be very good work he does), but my experience with him broke down in communication and deadline fulfillment.
