Comments: Believe me this guys doesnt know link building. He doesnt understand PR 5 links - thinks the home page can be PR 5 and the links page can be anything. Doesnt care to update on the project even after 3 weeks ...sends it after 2-3 reminders... JUST STAY AWAY GUYS - HE MIGHT CHANGE THE ID - BUT HE IS IN PHILIPPINES AND WUD ASK FOR WU OR XOOM PAYMENT.... SO CHECK OUT !!

Comments: Total Flako! Flako was to be gathering 100 inbound links for my site. He seemed to be working on it, even sending me spreadsheets with proposed sites for the links. Then one day he sent me a PM asking me for my FTP login becuase "this is the best thing to speed up your PR increase and the process of your link." His words... not mine! I asked why he needed it and never heard another thing from him. To this day I have no clue what he was thinking or planning! His last communication was on Feb 14. Finally, on Feb 23, with the help of GAF I sent an email requesting he cancel escrow. Which he finally did on March 2nd. I should have paid attention to his name and understood that he was trying to send a message, but I figured that anybody with a name like Flaco would try really hard not to be one! Avoid this guy unless you just don't care if your project gets done or not!
