Comments: Ganesh produced excellent results on this mid-sized project. He learned the QuickBooks SDK and my client's data schema quickly. The quality of C# code was superb. His _initial_ deliverable met the requirements and was deployed with only minor changes. There were some communication delays in this project that were more than we should have experienced, and the project was completed later than expected. However, we understand that there were some extenuating circumstances and are giving a 10 rating due to TheNapster's excellent overall results. We expect those issues will improve as we do other projects together. Thank you again for a job well done.
