Comments: Really no way to explain how effective this user was. We thought we had a simple problem that turned out much more serious. This required us to go to a completely new solution and he helped all the way through. Literally he worked all day and night to get it completed as fast as possible. The only reason I did not want him to get good feedback is I don't want him to get too busy in the future. Seriously, he will work until he finds a solution that works for you. Communication was great as well.

Incomplete Report: Provider did not understand the project instructions. We tried to explain and were willing to work through the issues, however when the provider demanded payment for work that was not completed, we had no choice but to discontinue our efforts and mark the project as Incomplete. This was not the fast and reliable provider we were looking for.
 » meucica's reply: I made logo for him in 3 hours, but he was making me wait for client feedbacks for many days without any escrow. And the client feedback was not saying anything ever and never. He offered more logos and I made them also. He never paid for them completely. He was replying in many days. I was trying to communicate but he did not reply for any explanation. I also tried to make him understand that he should communicate more with me. But he marks this project as incomplete all of a sudden. I have reported this to getafreelancer support. All the private messages between us can be seen here You can judge yourself our fast service and clean business. But sometimes whatever we do we can't make people happy.

Comments: He did our work as he said in "ZERO" days. I am very impressed by his work. The design was awesome. Brilliant Ideas. They think fresh. I think they might end up setting new trends in logo designs. The other thing we are so much impressed is their behave. They reply very promptly and understand the situation. We are busy and we do not know all the techno stuff about designs and whats best for us. They easily explained all our questions and were readily available to talk. Their advices were almost accurate and in a manner were directly related to attracting more customers through better designs. They promised to improve on the logo if we do not like it, but I should say we are not going to need it. They have a artistic choice with a professional mind. I will certainly work with them more. Nice decent designs, And superb people to work with. Thanks Buddy. Let's work more.
