Comments: This was my first time working with newoaks. I was overall disappointed with the project. I had a very tight timeline which I made clear when posting the project. Newoaks developed the banner and were timely with providing a first proof. The intial work I was pleased with but requested some minor changes. Newoaks had a problem with their server or office that delayed the project several days which made me late with my client as they couldn't get me the file. In the meantime none of the changes I requested were made by them and I had to complete the job myself which was disappointing.
