Incomplete Report: He told me job would take one day - 2 1/2 weeks later the job was still not done, in fact, he never even started it. This was a complete waste of my time. The only up side was he did agree to release the escrow so I didn't have to dispute the escrow. I will never work with him again.

It ran over the allotted time by quite a margin however which is why I feel it is only appropriate that they get an 8 rather than an 10. To do otherwise would be misleading. I am confident that they will learn from this and speed up delivery of what is still excellent work. Recommended to any buyer.
