Comments: Kashif did a very good job of configuring Plesk and DNS and sorting out issues related to the firewall.

Comments: Kashif was very obliging. He spent time securing and hardening the server and looking for possible causes of the failures. I know he spent more time than he expected to and in the end, he found the problem was due to a backup script. The reason for the 8 (instead of 10) rating is because it took 3 days instead of 1. I would most definitely consider working with him again.

Comments: kashif and i did not have a good fit on this project. wheteher it was his short term sickness, the time difference between us, or the fact that he was inaccessible for most of the time, i do not know. hey - everyone can have a bad bad day, i am definitely not excluded. so take this review for what it is worth.

Comments: Kashif is an excellent and highly qualified Windows system admin. He provided outstanding service in hardening a Windows 2003 server against syn-DOS attacks, tightened permissions on drive shares and FrontPage folders, tightened security in Windows User Rights Assignments and Security Options in Local Security Settings > Local Policies, securely installed PHP, reviewed DNS server, and helped with firewall settings. He did a first rate job in hardening my Windows server. He worked 8 full hours on this job, while I was online with him and he charged only $100 (less than $15 per hour of actual time spent working on the server--he does not charge "man hours"). By comparison, my web host wanted $300 for the same server hardening job by their enterprise server group. Kashif thoroughly tested every change he made and nothing had to be redone. He was very patient and professional and has very good communication skills. This was a job well done. Many thanks Kashif!
