Incomplete Report: after countless promises and 30days passing no viable work was posted. Even though we changed some designs along the way the core job did not change and should have taken 15days max. We were promised a demo 3x's and each time he failed to show up for it and claimed he was sleeping. I've never experienced such a bunch of excuses and someone claiming they did work but would not show it. When you have work you can show it. When you do not you cannot show it. Whatever this vendors rebuttle is to my comments I would consider that I have been developing software for over 10yrs now and I've never come upon such an unprofessional experience to date with lots of promises but no work to show every time. I gave them tons of chances to make good but they just never delivered and my main site was trashed in the process. See for yourself at ideasintoactionllc.com worked before but now it does not.
 » devportals's reply: He is very peculiar client we have ever worked. Without paying a penny (Even no Escrow deposited) he sent revised changes at least ten times and worn us legal action. He doesn’t know how to manage server and accuses us for all his problems. Dear Developers, be careful about this guy and make sure he deposited Escrow before starting a project.

Comments: Devportals is an outstanding service provider. Although the project took a little longer than anticipated, they finished the project to my satisfaction. Despite the time difference bewteen the US and India, they do an excellent job of communicating with US service buyers. I will definitely use their services again, and I recommend their services without hesitation to other potential service buyers.

Comments: Off sourcing is a risky business, you lose proprietary information. Miscommunications delays projects and many coders accept jobs they are not qualified to accept. I don’t know why I use offshore sourcing other than I love working with people from other countries and there are few times you do find a well qualified and responsible coder. I didn’t want to spend over 500 USD for this project but this particular coder convinced me he would deliver just what I wanted and more for 800 USD. ¾ of the time I get ripped off but I am experienced in international travel and have extensive legal enforcement contacts in international markets. Devportals is one of those coders that you get once in a while and which you could find a way to keep him working only for you. He is polite, responsive and a true professional.
