Comments: Communication with the project supervisor was not wholly efficient as important mails concerning design mockups and tech. specs. were ignored despite several reminders. The designer/coder only received all the mockups and tech spec for the pages, except the index page, 3 weeks into the project. This put them under a lot of pressure. Also, Scriptgiant has a bad policy of demanding a 50% final payment half-way into the project regardless of how much work has actually been completed (in my case around 15%). I encourage Scriptgiant to correct this policy and rely on on the usual milestone payments system. Having said this, I'm very satisfied with the job. The top managers of Scriptgiant are flexible and eager to please, and the designer and coder was truly fantastic. Incredibly skillful, friendly and serviceminded. And this is what counts at the end of the day. Also, Scriptgiant is very cost-efficient. On this background, I will definitely recommend Scriptgiant as a service provider.
 » scriptgiant's reply: The main email ID of the client was mac.com. So at maximum times, whenever we used to sent mails to the client's email ID, it used to remain in the queue only, it didn't even bounce also. Also another problem for miscommunication was due to the fact that our own ISP "BSNL Broadband" has been blocking his original site. As he was one of the new buyers, so we had to demand 50% money upfront, because from our past experiences, we have seen that many of the buyers do not pay fully after the project gets done. But after the buyers communicate regularly with us for more projects, we then do not demand that 50% money upfront. So at the starting there was some sort of miscommunications, but later all of those have been sorted & the project fully completed.

Incomplete Report: Dealing with ScriptGiant was a waste of $$ & time. I started this process with a 50% payment upfront but Script Giant didn’t even do 50% of their job. Service is very unprofessional and disorganized. On our first chat to start the project the supervisor needed me to remind him what my project and request was. They gave a false timeframe. I found myself repeating info already given to them several times. The supervisor kept having "selective amnesia" regarding the bid & agreement, trying to raise prices saying that he didn’t know "that was involved." When I reminded him I had everything in writing that we discussed during the bidding process and that this info was in the project description, he retracted his "extra" fees. I have proof and documentation of all my interactions with ScriptGiant. I suggest that GAF tightens up on services that conduct business in this manner.

Incomplete Report: ScriptGiant was a giant hassle to work with. In my project summary, I stated it was urgent and I was looking for someone who could work on it immediately. ScriptGiant agreed, performed one small task and then told me I had to give them 50% of the project cost. I agreed, and quickly sent the funds to them. I had to continually message them and ask when we were going to continue. They always said "tomorrow". When I wrote again asking for an update (in hopes they were working but just didn't tell me?) they then said "it's the weekend" and they would not do any work on it until Monday, and then it would be 3 days. 1 week to fix 3 small items? Obviously, this company does not fit my needs.
 » scriptgiant's reply: We never deny to finish her work with in 3 working days, she is expecting us to work on Saturday and Sunday,where she offered us project on Friday night 9pm 29th June 09,we instantly solved serious session issue of her project with in 30 minutes that night and told her that we would finish pending job by Monday 22nd June 09, but she got angry, denied to work with us further and started unprofessional talking.Very risky to work with her. Actualy very risky like this buyer who want their project to finish in short time @ cheap price, she is one of them.They dont care service provider hard work.
