Incomplete Report: Project was only partially finished and delivered very, very late. The quality of what was delivered was not usable. The quality was also far below the examples given as this providers previous projects. The work is poor. Communication was very bad, with emails not being responded to for weeks at a time. There was no sense of customer service whatsoever here. Provider required 50% payment upfront which I would not advise anybody to do, I LOST MY MONEY!!! The remaining 50% I recovered through the dispute process. All of the other warnings in this providers feedback are accurate...I chose not to believe them, I would advise you not making the same mistake. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF HERE I would advise staying far away from this provider, this experience has been one big headache, and a serious waste of my time and money.

Incomplete Report: Before give my opinion about him, I asked more informations to GAF and they said : "We have suspended the user's account for a violation". Now first be warn this guy bid low and after make negotiation for get more. I gave him first project of easy design for test him and he began it. In same time I proposed him a new bigger project, he should tell me if he was able to do it or not in hurry. After 5 days, no news. I asked him what is doing, and he canceled first project as answer without discussion! His reason was GAF supended his account, so he didn't care anymore about his customers. I never see that in GAF, you can check my experience with other freelance. So I totally agree with other complaints, don't waste your time with someone not RELIABLE who don't know what is "customer relation" and close project without discussion. Btw I also tried to understand this man with a little chat with him, but he prefers close discussion...
 » rbkstudio's reply: The GAF website suspended my account for security reasons. No big problem because I gave them my Identity Card and they checked my profile and unlocked my account. And because I had account suspended I talked with all my clients that gave me projects and told them that I have my account suspended and it is their choice if they want to continue with me any more. With this project it had past to many time and for not waste any more my client's time I told him that I will close the project and he can search another provider to work on it.

Incomplete Report: Design does not meet our standards. Did not revise as agreed and abandoned the project.
 » rbkstudio's reply: The design was meet the standards, it was a good design for his requirements. But he told me that he want a gif banner, he showed me some examples and after he wanted a flash banner. I made some revisions but he wanted revisions with no sense. I also gave to him the uncopyrighted files. I think he used them and didn't paid me with this stupid reason.

Incomplete Report: Complete Scammer!!!! Once I payed for this project via Paypal can't get a hold of him. serveral emails, messages etc. he has vanished with my money but is still bidding on projects!!! Lets shut guys like this down and keep this a safe place.
