Comments: I don't think one could argue that Bitti is not a good coder. He handled my website nicely with little to no downtime, and he got right down to the problem. Unfortunately, I would have to say that communication was poor and at times the relationship seemed strained. There were errors that cropped up that Bitti did not want to own, though he did, I think, ultimately fix them. His skills certainly are good, and I hope to use his services again. But I will try and spell out everything in more detail so as to avoid any confusion, in the future. In a nutshell, I can say that you probably won't be disappointed in hiring him.
 » netsolve's reply: I politely told you several times, your database has problem. Your account has no address stored in database, rather then adding a address you are saying one thing multiple times that address is missing. I spent more time in communication then actual work time. You already stated in project that a bug in your system that creates the account even if form was not fully filled, thats the reason why some accounts have incomplete info.

Comments: You will be amazed how many good reviews netsolve has but i suggest you not to start any project with him as your project will be delayed even though you will get different excuses of him . Personnaly after many attempts to communicate with him and tired to hear different stories (virus in his computer, new kid.....)i was obliged to start the same project with another freelancer that delivered excellent job. Netsolve has probably a strategy: give low bids on each project to get as many work as possible. Afterwards he probably delivers the easiest projects first to get a good income and let the most difficut at the end depending of the nerves of the buyers who will oblige him to cancel escrow. The good news is that he will cancel the escrow understanding that he is to late in delivery......... My advise: choose a freelancer with less reviews!!!
