Incomplete Report: The provider, Ranjan from capricetech (aka completewebgraphics.com, bestlogodesign75.com) failed to complete this project after many extensions over initial period of 2 weeks allowed for this project. Now, 3 months since we started, after countless promises to finish the work within couple days the new site is still not completed with long list of items required additional work like flash banner, many inner page images, CSS, forms, sitemap and drop-down menus to name a few. Although original scope of project was extended, the budget went up with 30% and capricetech got 2 additional weeks because of this, he failed to finalize his work over and over again. I must admit that capricetech is definitely knowledgeable in the areas of web and graphics design, flash & JS, but totally unreliable if they have to meet deadlines. Do yourself a favor and find another reliable provider or set fines for this provider if he doesn't meet deadline. I'll give him a 2nd chance and will update.

Comments: Initially it was difficult for me to to choose between 10s providers, even most of them were highly rated by other users. I went through countless examples of their previous work and finally asked some of providers to send me a draft of new logo. This allowed me to narrow the selection. Finally I decided to go with provider without feedback mainly based of result if his work and portfolio. I am glad that I selected capricetech for this project. These guys are doing their work professionally, fast, communications were great and they produced literally 10s of different designs for my logo strictly following my comments and suggestions. The price was also right. If you're about to decide who will be your next provider, consider capricetech among your favorites. I hope you'll be very satisfied - exactly as I was.
