Comments: Good work. Excellent graphics skills. Had to ask several times for some changes, but aside from this highly reccomended, this may be caused by the language barrier. The design and technical skills are A1, i would use again.

Incomplete Report: We have not been able to agree on a working strategy along with a design plan that is acceptable. All I have gotten are promises, "I can do this" The project is unchanged, but I allowed him to increase his price, but even now we are not making acceptable progress. In addition communication has not been consistent and he has not been responsive to suggestions. Might be OK with simple, direct coding projects that are clear and simple..admittedly our project is complicated, but it was outlined as such in the beginning.

Incomplete Report: communication is very essential in this type of work, no time wasters! he told me 8hours to see a work and only show me a pictures edited in photoshop. beware
 » dhirenkashyap's reply: We are agree on 2 days for complete project but he ping me after 8hrs so I show him PSD file and I was working on flash coding but he has gave me bad feedback. I told him that "I'll show you complete design in 48hrs and show you mockup within 8hrs but he understood wrong and gave me wrong feedback about me.
