Incomplete Report: i specifically stated no wannabe programmers, he insistently claimed he could do the job, but when it involved more than a little effort he gave up, he obviously didn't have the tools or expertise to do the job, i would NOT recommend him at all, he lied to us...
 » KelvinChen's reply: In the project's requirement, it was clear stated that "I simply want the graphics and logos and some text changed, that's all, a simple job". And, I have done these work. And sent the completed work to him. However, the buyer asked me to make an installer for "windows/linux/mac", which was not in the requirement. And, although I was willing to do some extra work(say, make the installer for him), but his words were always "unrespectful and impolite", like: "why on earth would ...., holy cow...". So, I refuse to work with him any more. I don't want to work with clients who don't respect programmer and inpolite. This is why I cancelled the project, and I sent back the escrow. Still, he got the work I have already done... And I got nothing except all the work I have done, and such a great comment....
