Incomplete Report: Ricky broke his commitment to provide quality, professional, and timely services as promissed. The project was supposed to be finished within 10 days, and by the 4th day we only had scketches that we did not even want. Instead of working on what we wanted, we were presented with inferior work, and promisses, and excuses. We have no choice but to cancell the project since we are not going to wait for this work to be done WHEN AND IF Mr. Ricky gets to it. One lame excuse for being late was; " the internet was out for some time over here" WOW <>> on to another

Comments: He is very good at what he does. we are very happy with the deisgn, and spped of completion. He needs to work on his "Project Documentation" skills, and he will get a 10 from us when he does.
