Incomplete Report: Communication was good, although overall there was a dispute about the quality of work / project scope. After numerous e-mails and corrections back and forth, provider was unable to deliver the precise quality of work set out in project scope. Many errors were found in the template design, and could not be corrected even after multiple revisions. It seemed like provider made an honest attempt to fix problems and meet scope, however, there was a disagreement about the final product.

Incomplete Report: STAY AWAY!!! Dishonest. The bid was $500 for 2 weeks on the first week of July. He was given detailed complete instructions from the day one. Never objected anything and promised two months of free support. I paid in advance as he requested - not through GAF. After receiving the money, he started stalling project. It is September now. He barely completed 50%. The “completed“ part is not working properly. Now, he is demanding another $350 to finish the job. His English is terrible. I see many good reviews here. I bet, none of these guys paid money upfront. My experience proves: this guy is unable to do the job and not to be trusted. I've had enough of this guy, cut him off today. Will have to post my project again.
