Comments: Itamarjp is a very skilled person, clearly with a lot of experience in VOIP. Minutes after we selected his bid he was available through GTalk and MSN messenger, guiding us step by step into the solution of our problem. He took over the screen of our computer, and while being in contact through Gtalk he configured our Linksys SPA3102, did testing and even worked around a limitation of our network. I definitely would recommend Itamarjp to all people having VOIP projects, or to fix problems in your current VOIP setup. Thanks Itamar!

Incomplete Report: Accepted the project, Afterwords insisted that the only way he would proceed was after escrow, and demanded that if we did not use Skype, ICQ, or Google Talk he would not proceed. Very rude and Unprofessional. NOTE: The time to insist upon these things is PRIOR to accepting and starting a project, not after. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and deal with a professional. Steer Clear of this provider at all cost!
 » itamarjp's reply: 1 - buyer very rude 2 - buyer doesn't have something to communicate, skype, google talk, icq, M$N, IRC, 3 - buyer doesn't provided enough information to complete the project 4 - buyer refused to make escrow payment then the best is go away from this buyer and stop working from it.
