Comments: This was my first project on GAF, and i must say that thanx to Excelence it was a good experience. I am very happy with the result and the proces of working. Project manager speeks fluent english, they think with you to provide the best solutions. Very good in design aswel as programming. Got regular updates of evolution of the project. Some minor bugs were fixed the next day. I would definetly work with this company again.

Comments: I can see that this guy has good technical skills and great general PHP- and MySQL-knowledge. In our project we wanted a WordPress MU plugin, but it was not stated clearly in the project description that we didn't want any hacking of the core code. Although he delivered it by doing changes in the WordPress MU core, the functionality seemed to work perfectly and I would highly recommend this guy to anyone who has some PHP- and MySQL-project.

All of their quotes were really cheap but none of them seemed to know what they were talking about. Excelence wrote me a detailed quote and explained exactly what I wanted, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I am thankful that I used him for service, because who knows where I would be if I chose someone else. Am already using him for more projects.

Comments: Accepted the job and we had one communication from Bogdan with some stock newsletter templates. After that no further contact by email or telephone despite many attempts. I requested my 50% deposit returned which was done. Bogdan apologised for failing to complete due to family problems. Project was not completed and required re-posting. Although I have sympathy if Bogdan had personal issues, an email explaining would have alleviated my concerns and as there were no great time constraints would have allowed him to complete project. For a top 20 GAF provider I was very dissapointed.

Comments: I have read the last posting and do not want to argue but I did not experience this with Excelence. He has about 90 ratings on here and I like about 86 of those 90 have nothing but good things to say about Excelence. As far as using subcontractors..well he gets the job done a a good price and that is what this site is all about. Certainly nobody thinks you are going to pay someone a few hundred dolars and they are going to dedicate every minute of there time for 30 days to a project. The best programmers seem to use others to help them get projects done. If you call that subcontracting or hiring or whatever it does not matter. HE DOES EXECELENT WORK AND HE IS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!! I highly recommend Execelence and I have had 10 websites completed by various programmers in the last month.

Comments: Makes bid, accept job, never start job and never finish job. Then tries to blame it on his subcontractor. He apparently is only able to do small jobs. Does not even bother to write to tell you that he will not be finishising the job. You just have to wait around to figure it out as he does not respond to email communication for resolution. Highly unrecommended. Make sure you do not pay in advance. I was lucky since I did not.
