Incomplete Report: The project was to create 1K Gmail accounts. I have selected him and he said he will create within 2 days. After assignment he said he can't create with Unique IP's. What a Joke? Time waster, keep distance if you don't want to loose your precious time with this provider.
 » eet072423's reply: Sir, in your project description you did not mention about using Unique IP, any one can see it. and that to i withdraw only after one hour, accepting the bid as he told me use unique ips after one hour not initially.

Incomplete Report: provider looked at project and elected not to do the job. Was honest.
 » eet072423's reply: Sir , I told you that i may not able to complete the project with in your deadline . And this project contain lots of fixes and bugs, so with in 6 days i may not able to fix it . and i refunded the Escrow money to Him.
