He is an example of a freelancer that will 100% go the distance and follow every instruction, and produce outstanding, consistent results. Allan took to this project immediately, conversed via e-mail and IM (chat) frequently, and generated results quickly with great feedback. I needed a "simple" template conversion from TemplateMonster to a Joomla CMS (like Mambo). Which, I now know is not as "simple" as I thought. There was a lot of hidden work behind the graphics in the coding to make the template work flawlessly, but it does.
