Comments: Enthusiastic and eager to work. Committed to the project. Lacks the experience with email campaigns and attention to detail when it come to conversion of PSD to old table templates in terms of alignments and styling. Still has much to learn but will work again on small non time critical projects. As much my fault for choosing a provider too quickly and deciding to give a non experienced provider, in the field of email campaigns, a chance. Total amount for project paid promptly but had to complete the project myself to meet dead line. Much prefer a provider that can take a design away and provide a straight zipped polished product with a fast turn around.

Comments: He shows some enthusiasm but he does not follow the requirement very well and claims that he is done. You need to test very well with this developer. He is suitable for small project with small capital but not definitely for the project over $100. I am giving him 10 rating for his enthusiasm before I complete my payment (after the payment, it is very hard to ask him something. He will say he is very busy when he got your money. You know what I mean) but I have to be honest on my comment. I am sure he can deliver some work but I don’t think I would go with him again.
