Comments: Project was not easy, but verified twice with Silgate that they could handle it, prior to awarding. Paid for progress done, but sooooo slow and in the end never finished the project. So many excuses. Paid for 4000 entries, but only received 600 complete and 3100 partial. Very disappointing. Did release additional escrow, so a few points for that.
 » silgate's reply: The project was become so hard in the end and I was getting very less for that.......I paid to my collegue from my pocket but I didnt complain anything to buyer and I also release the escrow coz I its was very hard to finish in less rates

Incomplete Report: Due to the recurrent issues in the timings and comunication failures we have to report this project as incomplete. Even if we tried to give more time, and some tips to complete the job, silgate didn't give us anyhting although he promise many times give us the job done.
