Incomplete Report:
Pretty bad! It seemed to have started out well and than it became apparent that the freelancer could not handle the project and seems to have given up. Because I have sent many emails and messages without a reply. But what made me most angry is that the freelancer has not returned my escrow payment for this project. I would not have written this comment for an unfailed project but the freelancer has no courtesy to reply or return my money so here here you go! The project failed and my time wasted.
» joomlafaces's reply: It was my fault, really: my ISP provider. I finished the work around 85% when I loose the contact (no internet connection). At first opportunity I cancelled the escrow payment and offered the unfinished work without any recompensation, but is too late. For not happening this disagreable situation in future I changed my ISP provider. As buyer Max is an excellent person I recommend for anybody, very helpfull with clear instructions and ready to communicate in every moment. Once again I regret the happenings but the situation not depended on mine.

Provider had some technical issues with his computer and unable to complete on time. Provider was the only one who provided info as requested in my job posting. I will use again for future projects.
Incomplete Report:
Provider DID NOT do the work. This such an EASY job and he said he could do it in a couple of days. I sent him several emails asking what is happening. The first 2 times he responded with his excuses but then he stopped emailing. What I don't get with these people is why do they bid on a project with no intention of completing it? It is very frustrating when people like this waste our time. I give this provider a BIG ZERO!
» joomlafaces's reply: Same reason as the other incomplete project... Sorry John
