Comments: Coder was unable to complete the required task. Not very good at maintaining communications once the project began. Cannot say anything about his/her abilities because I never saw any finished work, or work in progress. Claimed personal problems kept him/her from being able to work on the project after going two weeks beyond the stated time frame for completion.
