| Comments: I did not score a 10 because: Minus one point for misunderstanding my needs. Minus 2 points for the amount of time taken on the project. 15 days turned into more than 3 months. The programmer was able to program very well...that is, the speed of the program was much better than I expected. However, I have rated 7 because the details of the program were too great for him to translate from English. I would highly recommend this program if you are working in his native language. He certainly tried very hard and he probably put in more hours than he expected, likely because of the language barrier. Overall a good programmer. |
| » Shot's answer: Tdoucet or at all is not able to count or is absolutely dishonest person. His project was started by 17.01.2007 and 24.02.2007 I have directed to him last fifth version of the program. And where here three months? Yes it is really more than fifteen days, which I has specified in my bid but taking term in 15 days, I supposed that in the description of the project which has made tdoucet all agree with that in that he needs and I did not supposed that tdoucet during work will repeatedly change the his requirements. Yes my English is really far from perfect but I cooperate with many people and it does not prevent them. But if the person as tdoucet himself does not know that he needs then to this person not help neither good knowledge of language nor skill to write long texts. |
