Comments:
Oscar delivered more than promised and met all his deadlines. He communicated regularly to ensure I was aware of his status. His work quality is excellent and I have every confidence I will assign more projects to Oscar. I am extremely pleased with the end result of this project.
As I got to know Oscar better, I also learned he is a very motivated guy who works very diligently on his projects, and to expand his knowledge and skills. And he is a delightful person to work with.

An efficient programmer. The things that could have made the experience better are: 1)my efficiency improved as a project manager. 2) If I have a better understanding of object-oriented programming so we could communicate more efficiently and 3)Some sort of tool to "show"/convey project desires to the programmer that isn't local.

I think Oskar can do anything in flash. He is very prompt in his email responses. This was a rather complicated project but he was willing to accept changes in the requirements.
Sometimes he is a bit too enthousiastic in his effort to get the job done asap, that he misses some parts in the requirements. Make sure to agree on the technical design before Oskar starts the implementation.
The service after the project was finished was excellent.
I highly recommend this provider!

This is an excellent provider, who works well, respects deadlines, communicates in time. I suspect him to be a Flash wizard: he executed everything as outlined in the briefing, there were only few things to correct after the first delivery.
