Your Server Payment

Projects that need to be done on the buyers server will require money
to be put into escrow before the project begins. At the end of the
project the buyer is expected to release the funds.

My Server Payment

Projects that can be done on my server, no payment will be required until the end of the project. Before transferring any files to the buyers server an escrow payment will have to be made. The escrow payment is to be released after the site is working(1) on the buyers server. If the escrow payment is not released within 24 hours of a working(1) script on the buyers server, I will remove all files from the buyers server and will not upload them again until the payment has been released. [The 24 hour rule was added due to a user requesting additions(2) after I had transferred the script to their server and refusing to release funds until the additions(2) were complete.]

Additions

In most cases I throw in some simple additions(2) for free. When the additions(2) become more complex or you request a lot of additions(2) I reserve the right to request more money. No additions(2) will be worked on until original project is completed.

Bug Fixes

If a bug is a result of my coding I will be happy to fix it at any time if I can. However, these fixes will not always be immediate. During times when I have projects you may have to wait until I get a chance to fix it. I don't currently have a specified time limit for bug fix requests (I reserve the right to add a time limit at any time). However, I must at least vaguely remember your project. Bug fixes that are not a result of my coding may fall under the category of additions(2).

Bid Times

I try to keep my bid time as accurate as possible or pad them a little bit to allow for things that may go wrong. There are several circumstances will delay the deadline of a project. Failure to respond within 10 hours to one of my messages will delay a project deadline 1 day for each 10 hour period. This includes weekends. I work 7 days a week I don't think it is to much to ask for you to check your messages a few times during the weekend. Since additions(2) will no longer be a part of the project this should help with deadline delays for your original project. In some cases the projects just don't go as well as planned and can create delays. Again if I can I try to match my bid time. Most projects that I don't make the deadline for only go over a day or two. However, there are some projects that have gone over several weeks which I hope I have corrected with the new Terms.

Phone Calls

To keep costs down I do not generally take phone calls, as this gets rather expensive when doing business nationally or internationally. If you feel you need to talk to me on the phone it will be $3 per minute for US calls and $5 per minute for international calls. These fees will be due promptly after the call has ended. Please note I can not log phone calls and any information provided during phone calls may be lost.

Non Escrow Payments

A buyer may choose not to use escrow in some cases. If a buyer chooses
another method of payment they must pay before any changes to his/her server occur.
