Online Movie ticket booking service for all multiplexes in Pune. It was based on the principal “book online, arrive anytime & pay at the theatre. There were 2 modes of ticket booking: the web and a mobile site. Schedules for any multiplex or movie could be obtained via the web, gprs or sms.
• Development of bookeazy.com using LAMP technologies & MVC framework.
• Development of Real time distribution systems for information to Customers, Theatres as well as Operations.
• Integration with various Payment Gateways.
• Integration with SMS providers for both outgoing and incoming sms (shortcode) models.
• System integration & configuration with 3rd party booking systems of different technologies.

Lipikaar.com
Lipikaar is a language typing tool which can be used to type in more than 15 Indian languages. It boasts of unique typing style that takes just 10 minutes to master thus making it very easy to learn and use. The tool is available not only as a standalone desktop application but as a firefox toolbar and an xss component that makes it possible to type in your regional language into almost any application or website.
• Development of product website www.lipikaar.com using the Drupal and its plugins.
• Javascript effects were done using the YUI framework.
• Creation of the Lipikaar firefox toolbar using XUL.
• Involved in the Lipikaar IE toolbar suing c# & .NET
• Feature additions to the windows application (vc++).
• Enabling lipikaar on 3rd party websites through xss.
CollegeKhabri.com (Under development)
A search engine for annual 2 lakh engineering aspirants. Main features of the site would be to let students search from 200 colleges across 11 Universities offering 50+ engineering streams, give detailed information about colleges, courses and universities, as well as calculate choices for students as per their CET scores.
Website Development under progress, technical features:
• Uses MySQL for data storage and stored procedures to calculate probability of getting admission in a college.
• Using Code Igniter, an MVC framework for development.
• YUI framework for presentation and front end effects.
• Will also be handling server management & scalability.
• Development of a SMS based application for information distribution will be taken up next.
