Our work values:

We do appreciate signing legal documents, in case the client wants the same, and expect same from the client.

We believe in providing constant, quality output to our client, hence we don't have any adamant work terms. We do have some flexibility towards deciding on the per hour charges or the entire project budget, depending upon the severity of the work.

Adhoc, we appreciate maintaining lucidity with our clients and desire same from the client’s side, hence we have some bare minimum working policies:

1) Ideal Condition we prefer: We need to have a well laid out, clear cut definition of the work that a client needs from us.

2) Payment Method: In case of hourly paid projects, the amount for any particular hour of work conducted should be deposited immediately or in a day or two following the work.

For an entire budgeted project, we appreciate the fact about client making a payment for initial 10-15% of the total cost, after the submission of work schedule and details from our side. Nevertheless, we are always open to better negotiation terms.

For making payments, we prefer using Escrow account.

3) Communication: We always, believe in having a single, or not more than two, source of contact for any ongoing project related query.

Similarly, the client is expected to communicate directly to the person, as designated after our team decision, for any kind of communication.

4) Feedbacks: We appreciate, if the client provides us with a feedback about our work. In case of any sort of grievances, the client is welcome to opine his/her view.
