Description :
The SLA CCC is Service level agreement customer care cockpit is to deliver a daily and monthly reporting of the defined functional areas. The application will support the Senior Management of GE, fpizer, UFA based on the predefined data set. The Reporting consist of the signed off Scorecards and metrics for each of the functional areas of CCC. The Customer Care Cockpit has been designed to give you Visibility into service performance. Specification and Control Charts are generated to graphically display the process Attainment and metric consistency.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities involve providing support for maintenance and enhancement from offshore. Changing the business logic depending on client requirements. The responsibilities involve the following.
• Monitoring the application and working on the enhancements for new
Functionalities.
• Creating and Deleting Users.
• Sending Alerts for the customers if there is any problem in data loading.
• Sending Advanced Alerts for the customers
• Generating Control charts.

Equinox Order Processing, which interacts different systems like CSS, B2B, and STAA.The main objective of EOP, is to processing by taking input from one system to converting to the required format of other system.
We have two types of Journeys

In forward journey we have different types of order. They are

2. Modify--àTo give top up on existing provide
3. Modifywàto give the Internet, Dish TV
4. Amend-àTo extend date of required provider

5. Complete. In EJB’s-MDB’s which likely connects to JMS. For Marshalling we had make use of JIBX.For sending and Receiving we make use of MQseries.we are using JMS bridges to read MQ and putting into the JMS. While sending messages in backward journey we make use of publish/scriber System, we put inside cluster in backward. In forward journey, we make use of point to point.

MINOPHARM is a client server application which is used to perform different functions at MINOPHARM Laboratories limited. The main aim of this project is automation of the work carried out at Minopharm Laboratories ltd.
The major modules in this project are product, customer, order, grm, delivery.
Product module used to add and modify Minopharm products.
Customer module used to register and modify Customers details.
Order module used to create, modify and cancel orders.
Delivery module used to create Delivery Challan for the ordered goods and Generating Invoice.
GRM module is used to add Goods, issue samples and modify goods.

Responsibilities:
• Designed and Developed web pages using Html, JSP’s, Servlets
• Responsible for developing Customer, GRM and Product modules.
• Validation using Struts Validation framework.
