Ø Capable of Investigating user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
Ø Able to facilitate and provide support at development, implementation, installation, and testing of applications software.
Ø Provide system level support for computer software and classroom computer equipment used to conduct workshops.
Ø Participate in the development of training materials and assist in conducting training and workshops in parallel processing and use of large computer systems.
Ø Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
Ø Manage software solutions implementation including resolving vendor issues and coordinating between vendor and internal stakeholders.
Ø Consultation with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
Ø I have the ability to reverse engineer existing applications and build the basic documentation set such as “Data flow Model”, “Data Entity relationship diagram”, “Database model”, “detailed flow chart for different functions.
Ø Posses the ability to conduct Data analysis and Gap analysis.
Ø Develop and maintain business and functional specifications.
Ø Consultation with business unit management and personnel to obtain additional information during system development/Implementation and evaluate alternatives.
Ø Coordinate with others work to develop, implement, test, install, and modify programs.
Ø Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
Ø Liaising with business and IT - translating business language.
Ø Be the first line of support for IT business solutions.
Ø Liaise and work with solutions providers and technical team to reach to a successful issue resolution and communicate it to the end user.
Ø Document all issues and their solutions for future reference.
