Multimedia Database Website Application

I require a turnkey multimedia profile database website.

Summary

Users will have a profile page similar to Facebook with pictures video and sound but also able to upload different types of text documents and maintain the page format whilst omitting specific details.

Browsers will be able to free-text search the entire content of the users profiles in the database as if it were a Google type search engine of its own content. The search must work exactly as Google (Boolean) with the advanced search option but to also include area search (Initially UK post code specific, rest of the world only country specific). A browsers account will enable them to manage searches, save, modify, file, create new, email searches etc.

The overall objective of the site is for it to be very simple (no form-filling, simple login and account signup).

General Design Specification

Design in PHP and MYSQL.
Level 3 W3C accessibility.
Friendly URL’s, all areas of the site.
Pages and database designed for maximised search and browsing speed.
Site to be optimised for Google search engine.
Relevant top level security of personal details, bank details where necessary
Integrate Google analytics.
Email management system so can target keyword search emails to database users. And ability to email all users.
Backend database statistics, for database investigation.
Basic news section which comes up on front page.
Full CMS all sections.
Mobile accessible front and back.
