DATA CONVERSION
The Documents are indexed, structured, edited and laid out, to various formats like
MS-Access, MS-Excel, enabling our customers to receive the best of output quality.

It structures, copy- edits and lays out content for rapid publication on the web, in various e-book formats (Portable Document File and Word Comparing) and for distribution via online databases and content repositories while the publication’s print version is finalized as a print-ready PDF, printed and distributed.

We can create a customized DTD or use standard schemas such as the OEB
(Open E Book). To generate multiple reading formats (i.e., PDF, Microsoft reader etc.) from a single, Double file. We provide content enhancement services such an image editing and conversion, and creation of hyperlinks, footnotes and table of contents, among others.

TEXT CONVERSION

Depending on the source material – subject matter, media, formatting language and presence of non-standard characters or handwritten annotation – and the client’s accuracy requirements, the best solution may be Optical character Recognition (OCR) from scanned hard copy or PDF to the ABBYY & OMNIPAGE.

For complex subject matter with non-standard characters, difficult source material that is impossible to OCR (Optical Character Recognition), or when extremely high accuracy is needed, no solution surpasses manual data entry (double or triple keying) .It delivers the fastest, most accurate manual data entry in the industry. Using time-tested methods, the operators perform double keying, with guaranteed 99.9% accuracy, or triple keying with accuracy from 99.9%.
