Unlike other offshore facilities, Q-Biz has its own front-end that provides business development, requirements capture, testing, and other related activities. This enables us to be just a phone call away from any query or problem the customer is facing. Our front-end team is highly skilled and specialised in areas of customer services and support. Our back-end systems also enable us to maintian a seamless flow of communications, a life-blood to our mode of business.
