SOFTWARE ENGINEER 2004 - Present

* Recently awarded the Generation Next Support Team Member Award, presented
quarterly for "personal dedication and perseverance, resulting in
increased profits for the company"

* Current project includes Windows software for use by the prosthetist.
Project encompasses concepts of UI development, driver development,
firmware development, and production support software written using
.NET, C#, C and C++.

* Work directly in the innovation, design, and deployment of cutting edge
products used throughout the prosthetics industry

* Assist in the development of products which greatly enhance an amputee’s
mobility, confidence, and well-being

* Critical role in development of most recent product line which provides a
microprocessor controller vacuum suspension system for improved comfort
and functionality of prosthesis. Firmware written in C.

* Designed and implemented Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum RF
communication over 2.4GHz ISM band resulting in the first FCC licensed
product in company history

* Motor control and management software for six-axis manufacturing machine.
Responsible for initial development and subsequent improvements to machine
efficiency and quality. Current project also includes upgrading of four
other manufacturing machines.

* Progressively strengthen embedded development skills

* Assist in board layout and design, including microprocessor interfacing

* Nominated seven times for GEM (Genuine Efforts Matter) Award in recognition

SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER 2001 - 2004

* Wrote software for use in Omega order processing, our custom ordering
package for prosthetists and component of our Omega Tracer System, a 3D
shape capture system. Ordering component required Work Flow Management
written in C#, along with integrated processing using an ISAPI interface
to IIS. Orders were validated against a Microsoft SQL database upon
reception of an HTTP Post.

* Continue to stay current with new technologies and successfully integrate
them into business solutions. This includes the use of technologies such
as .NET application development and web service development

* Assisted both Ohio Willow Wood’s customers and employees in troubleshooting
software issues

* Displayed creativity and initiative in providing alternate solutions to
project design. This includes analyzing different methods to reduce
development costs, while still maintaining flexibility and solid code base

* Strengthened database development skills through development of numerous
database driven applications and reports

* Improved upon web development skills by implementing a large portion of
Ohio Willow Wood’s original online catalog

* Implemented numerous, smaller software and hardware projects for use by
Ohio Willow Wood personnel
