PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operational/Professional/Business
Develop and maintain an understanding of the business application of IT in the business functions and their partners through an in-depth understanding of these functions and their processes.
Perform detailed analysis and design, map user requirements and develop comprehensive specification requirements.
Prepare statements of work and diagnose and resolve process and application problems, management of systems to meet and exceed service level agreements.
Ensure compliance with all IT processes including development, implementation, maintenance, security and internal controls with full auditable justification for each initiative.
Develop project plans and implement projects in accordance with agreed scope, budgets and timeframes, with the level of quality and functionality required by the users.
Management
Work with function(s) to scope, plan, resource and budget project activities in line with regional and global strategies
Ensure that IT solutions are fully integrated with the business processes within the function
Incorporate service supply organization and processes into project plans to ensure project deliverables can be supported to meet business expectations
Leadership
Provide support to function at an end market level and to BEM at cluster level.
Lead and motivate project based teams for business improvements and project delivery
Relationship
Engage with business partners (suppliers) and maintain working relationship at all levels, to enable expert advice on technology utilization opportunities to be provided to the respective function(s)
Establish and maintain a working relationship based on partnership with all levels of respective function(s) of the end market:
Develop and maintain relationship with project resources (internal or external, including GSD) to ensure project delivery is within budget, timelines and specifications

Business systems analysis skills and understanding of SDLC.
Functional area expertise and knowledge.
Understanding of the application of IT systems in the organization.
Experience in planning testing, test scripts and user test management.
High quality documentation including business cases.
Degree qualified with year and a half of experience
Track record of responsibility for substantial solution design
Proven experience in teams and in team leadership role
Sound written and verbal communication skills
PRINCE2 and UML delivery methodology experience
Proven experience in successful project implementation roles
Projects:
Sales Information System (SiS)
The scope of the project was to implement the system at distributors sites for PTCs trade marketing team and to provide post implementation support.
Main objectives of the SiS include:
o Visibility of real time Primary and Secondary Sales Information.
o Real Time Access to Operational Information
o Sales Order processing
SAA Information Hub
Main objectives were:
TO provide a uniform medium to share facts related to ongoing projects in each OPCO.
The project is supposed to establish a common shared point for SAA area markets for the purpose of information sharing on ongoing projects in each OPCO.
This project will provide the SAA area with an opportunity where each OPCO can benefit from information exchange on the projects undertaken in their respective functions.
