Description: A web site was developed and programmed for a Medical Clinic. The system is divided into Patients/Doctor/Staff/Admin. Patients can take appointments of their choice of doctor and time, Cancel/View their appointments. To take an appointment they have to be a member of the clinic and have to pay first at the site. Doctors can know their appointments and schedule, view patiens medical history, add current treatment and prescriptions. Staff can help patient inform, which doctor is availabilty, can fix appointment if enough funds exists in patients account, view doctors schedule etc. Staff and Doctors can request for Leave which can be approved by Admin and be informed them.

Description: As the name says, details of employees, their salary, loans etc is taken care by this system. Based on basic salary, leaves permitted, leaves taken, loan taken, loan repayment, other details are calculated and a Pay Slip is created and Printed. Customer wanted a simple yet covering all functionality and able to print pay slips system.

Project Details
Title: Data Entry Application
Technology/Platform: Visual Basic .NET, MS Access
Description: This software is specifically used to store specific type of information in a specific manner. Company wanted a solution to store different types of data like List of Jewelers, Dentists, etc. with a unique id, which was the telephone number. A hi-tech search is provided with this software. User can mix up the search on City, County, Status, Company Name and Telephone number. The mix up of search results, gave extremely satisfactory results to the company.

Title Advanced Data Entry Application Sept 2007
Description: Same as above was used with additional features like Mail Merge from the application itself. User can write Edit and Save Letters as Templates. Those letters can be sent to single or multiple customers. For more ease of operations, the searched customers can directly send any letter. User can also select – deselect any customers of his choice

Description: Album Manager is used to keep a track of all albums that was stocked in the store. This system was specially designed to let the users view and search album titles and its respective information from the PCs landed at different locations of the store. Albums could be searched Title wise and artist wise. Store keeper wanted to know his customers, all the albums of an artist.

Title: System Testing and Management Process
Description: Their developed system under Visual Basic .NET, Fusion Suite, was tested thoroughly on Windows XP and Server 2003. Any technical, functional errors and exception found were solved by me. Code was made clearer and object oriented, wherever required. Help was created for the system.

Currently, the Demo version manages Models, Locations and Contacts Information. The company is very impressed by the DEMO version and are looking forward for the beta version of the package.

Title EMPLOYEES MONITORING PERFORMANCE
Technology/Platform J2EE 1.3(Core Java, JFC Swings, EJB), MS Access, Blazix Application Server on Win 2000
Description: The system consists of track of all the employees. Each employee's personal details, salary and position details, working hours, leaves provided/taken/left, various allowances, perquisites (always taxable, always exempt, taxable in case of specified employee), commission, bonus, tax deduction etc. is handled through this system.
The Server, Employees Monitor Server handles:
i. Database storage,
ii. Calculating Leaves, Computation of Salary, Tax Deduction
iii. User names and access rights for each user.

The Client, Employees Monitor Client is a full-fledged Client based application. Client is divided into operator and Administrator features. It can be still sub divided depending on user rights.
i. Input employees details (Personal and Professional)
ii. Input regular details (Time in/out, Leave taken with reason)
iii. Depending on the user name, access to different features is available.
iv. Various reports are designed for administration and operator.
v. Administrator can create and/or provide access rights to user names.
vi. Administrator can input and/or change everything related to Computation of Salary(This service is provided keeping future changes in mind)
vii. Administrator has additional access to certain confidential and important reports, increment/decrement of the employee’s salary.
Role: Database design, Flow Charts, Data Flow Diagrams
Designing, Programming, Implementation, Testing and the Final Output was done and tested by me.

Title Magic Mail Enterprise 2.1

Description: Magic Mail is a full-fledged Client/Server Mail Program based on RMI technology. The main purpose is to download and Segregate mails according to the aliases created on the server and Intranet/Internet chatting. The application can also be used for Roaming Client. User can access its mails residing on the Server (Company) from any part of the world as well as chat with any registered user on Magic Mail via application, internet and/or mobile.
Here, one Server called Central Server, running at ISP with static IP and another Server called Magic Server, running in the Local Company with dynamic IP assigned by ISP.
Role: Database design, Data Flow Diagrams, Project Flow
Designed and developed the whole WAP interface, through which any Magic Mail registered user can access mails from the Mail Boxes, Send and Receive messages, and Read Offline messages.
Designed and developed Client Application along with backend coding of the Server.
Installing and configuring JSP pages on Tomcat Web Server

It is developed to keep track of Video Tapes, Laser Disc that customers rent from the store. The system consists of various reports. In report parts, the Monthly Transactions report summary was shown.

Description: Complete Sauda (Trade) Task i.e. from making Sauda to selling it is what this project is all about. On-line help is provided on most of the entries. Varieties of reports are created with various categories, choices and appropriate requirements with printing facility. Exclusively designed Ledger shows you the Sales of any particular Sauda.
Role : Designing, Developing, Implementation and Testing and the Final Output was done and tested by me.
