Simply put, I would like something structured in this format using whatever programming the appropriate so that the end product operates in the same fashion and achieves the same results as Sapha’s designed “Hook Tour”.

Additionally, there will be some graphic work related to lead generation for a dual income opporunity in real estate.

Whatever template, programming and/or scripting developed will be your property.. I simply want to own the end product built for my business. This way, at your own discretion, you may use the ‘creation’ for future projects, whatever those may be, as it should be easy customizable.

This project is for business opportunity seekers, specifically Nouveau Riche.

You can use the end application, because you own it, for anything other than Nouveau Riche, otherwise you become my competition.

A non-compete must be in place specifically prohibiting using the software for Nouveau Riche lead generation and product sales and or selling it to anyone for use in Nouveau Riche without written permission from me.

Compensation is negotiable provided reasonableness is used when making a request.

I have a Power Point presentation that can be used as a backbone for the 3 minute tour and all attachments (.pdf/word) that will be integrated in tours will be provided by me.

All leads will be posted to the destination I choose and subscribed to a newsletter – this is easy stuff. Exit strategy will be in place to redirect visitor to main website upon close of application.
