I am a web developer with 4+ years of experience. I am ready to work on any freelance projects. Also I am looking for long term relationship to any development company or individual client.

I have done more than 100 projects. They are mainly related to web development. Only on GAF you can see about 80 reviews of the satisfied buyers who found time to write a couple words about the results of my work.

I am available on various IM such as ICQ, Yahoo IM, MSN, Skype. I prefer forms of written communication(Chat, EMail, etc.) because the conversation is saved and can be accessed later.

*** Payment Systems ***
I accept GAF escrow, Moneybookers, iKobo, Payoneer(Can be used with almost any Visa and MasterCard).

*** Payment Terms ***
Except very small projects I need 20% of the amount to be paid upfront and the rest to be placed into escrow. The escrow should be released at the end of the project(or when you like during working on the project).

The terms are also negotiable in case of long term relation opportunities and maybe in other cases as well. Please contact me to discuss. I have such requirements because I am trying to minimize a risk of non-payment. I have very bad experience related to this matter. Please also note that everything about the payments should be negotiated before starting a project.

*** Notes for buyers ***
- Changing project scope during working process without changing a budget is not acceptable. I will require additional funds for the additional things. Everything about a project should be discussed BEFORE starting the project. Also if you expect any revisions or small changes please let me know BEFORE starting so that I have it in mind.
- Usually I don't offer free maintenance/support after completing a project and therefore it isn't included in my bid by default. If you want support or something similar please discuss it with me BEFORE starting a project. Otherwise you will have to pay for it additionally(usually by my hourly rate).
