Synopsis:
Ø Processing all formats, form the paper to the virtual paperless process, all major standardized electronic data interchange formats, for all domestic, inbound and out bound Truck loads, parcel shipments, sea and air, road freight bills.
Ø Checking of any overcharge, duplicate invoices and shipments incorrect rates, accessorial charges miscalculations, missing shipping and export/import documents, currency exchange rates value added tax, and check you pay the proper duties for valuables.
Ø Handling the shipping files, cost centre allocations, custom harmonized codes, check In co terms capture.
Ø Once a week we process on behalf accurate payment of invoices due for payment. Complete payment information is electronically transferred to ERP accounting system.
Ø Preparing an unlimited number of customized weekly and monthly reports combinations. Carrier reports, financial reports, accruals, cost centre allocation, account number report, claims activity, savings reports.
Ø E-Mail communication with customer & carrier on SMTP & Lotus Notes.
