My name is Jason Lester and I am currently in the startup faze with my new business Inovate.org. I have ten years of personal experience in HTML, three years in PHP development, and one year of experience and college training in flash design/development. I am currently looking for miscellaneous jobs to generate seed money for the development of my business. I would be glad to work with you on any of you web projects. I am currently only a one man team so I cannot offer the the same completion time as many other groups, but as a legitimate registered US business I can offer you more accountability then most freelance developers, especially offshore developers and groups. With that said, my applications are built to be efficient, precise, and handle large work loads - which makes them well suited for projects of any size. I have experience in developing news systems, modular content management systems, web mail clients, shopping carts, user management/authorizing systems; socket level pop3, imap, and smtp clients; chat clients, and socket servers. I also have experience developing WAP applications for news, email, and other content distribution for mobile devices. Although I now have a full understanding of PHP, I cut my teeth in PHP by developing hacks and modules for many open projects such as PHP-Nuke, phpBB, osCommerce, etc. I also have experience in designing themes/templates for many open projects, as well as integrating web based applications with cPanel and WHM. I have never been held back by the so called limits of php. I have always found ways around them and over them. Much of my experience in PHP has been focused on customizing basic applications and development of innovative features. Although Javascript is not my specialty, I do have limited experience with it, mostly for design elements (mouse over effects, hiding/displaying elements, etc) and AJAX.
