Project Management Process :
Our off-shore project development is matured and over the past years we have identified
and refined our project management processes. We derive a suitable project management
process according to your project size and complexity after discussing with you. Various
project management processes are:-
1. Contract Sign-off and receipt of Statement of Work (SOW) from customer.
2. Contract review and commitments from internal groups
3. Defining SEG (Software Engineering Group), Identification of Project Manager
4. Facilities, HR, Training
5. Quality
6. Preparation of initial project plan by project manager and review by SEG group
7. Software Quality Audit(SQA) as per project plan (Typically at the start of project, every
month, every phase completion, and predelivery) by identified Quality Facilitator
8. Internal Quality Audit (IQA) according to the organization's quality audit schedule.
9. Weekly team meetings, project manager meeting and progress/status reporting to client
10. Weekly timesheets to client
11. Project Status Review(PSR) with Senior management every two weeks. Project Status
Report sent to client at the end of PSR. PSR meeting will discuss all issues including
schedule, progress, risks management and tracking etc.
