Previous work experience in the field of US and International assignments are:

1.US Taxation -Filing of Federal and State tax returns for Domestic, Foreign corporations and Individuals;
2.Worked on Tax Due Diligence assignments; for Indian company in acquisition of target US companies;
3.Taking care of the regulatory and compliance requirements of the clients in US like preparing and filing of the property tax returns, sales and use tax returns, annual reports etc.;
4.Prepared a US Compliance macro enabled excel sheet, which provided details about the various types of taxes in US state-wise and due dates and other details for filing the same. Also prepared an outlook calendar in order to receive remainder for the due dates;
5.Preparation of advisory note on various questions on the DTAA raised by clients;
6.Preparation of transfer pricing study reports;
7.Attended a transfer pricing scrutiny before the Transfer Pricing Officer.
