Carmen Black is the former Managing Editor of s small press, Bias Onus Quarterly. Although the quarterly is no longer published, she continues to work with writers who seek excellence in their work or webmasters who need someone to proofread their sites. Also open to helping students who need a proofreader for term papers or theses. She has just finished editing her first novel "Creator" by M.A. Hills and is working on a second one with science-fiction writer Boris Belovarski.
