Chapter 14 analysis: Total Lose Control. It consist in capture the lose of the glass in the production line, the reasons and post-analysis to avoid more losses in operations team or production (machinery). It also consist in the actualization of all the politics for making any movements or different kind of external job in the production line, where I filled the forms like an audit work for industrial processes.

Following the shopping orders of the two plants in equipments, tools and services.

Participation in two projects:
1. Taking times and distances about problems in horizontal movements of the production glass and what kind of problems cause this in the cutting machine, it was analysed with statistics tools (DOE) and it began the resolution of it.

2. Participation in the 5 S’s+1 program, my job was to audit workshops and taking pictures for evidence, in the goal to apply the 5 S’s+1 method in all the possible areas.

Functions Imagenes Moviles is a mobile marketing company, we used H100 Dodge trucks with a 4 x 2 mts trailer with advertisement panels, we have worked with major companies as Coca Cola, Pepsi, Sigma Alimentos, Applebees, etc.
My functions in the company are:
• Sell advertisement panels
• Contact potential clients and convince them
• Manage 4 truck drivers and 1 administration auxiliary
• Operational tasks as: trace routes for the client, manage the good work of the trucks (diesel, clean, mechanical problems)
• Calculate operational costs, make monthly resumes and present it to CEO via internet.
• Sometimes makes collection to clients who have not paid.
