I am an experienced journalist, writer and editor. I currently work in the healthcare field part-time, but recently decided to get back to my first love - writing - by working online instead of print. I like the idea of working from home, controlling which projects I work on and when. I am experienced at both online and offline content and skilled at meeting tight deadlines. I am American, so my English is perfect (if anyone's English can actually be perfect). I am a professional looking to branch off in a new direction and try something different. I won't work for peanuts, so I probably won't be the cheapest bid all the time, but you will get a professionalism and quality that will be worth the extra expense. Writing is my passion and I look forward to working with you. Although my writing and interests are varied, I specialize in more technical material, specifically health, wellness, diet, exercise, science, environmental and political issues, as well as travel, adventure and sports. That being said, I am open to most subjects. If it interests me, I can write about it. I have spent many years in the corporate world creating sales, advertising and marketing materials, writing newsletters as well as training materials. I have a high moral and ethical foundation, along with a strong work ethic. I believe in doing my best in all of my endeavors, and I look forward to helping you with my writing skills.
