BPO Experience

Extensive and Diversified experience in Service Delivery, Training and Coaching, Transaction Monitoring, Forecasting and Scheduling. Starting out as an associate grew within the organization to a Senior Team Member.

I learned how to initiate for process improvement when needed, prioritizing my work to deliver as committed in a given time frame.
