Except very small projects we need 20% of the amount to be paid upfront and the rest to be placed into escrow. The escrow should be released at the end of the project(or when you like during working on the project).
The terms are also negotiable in case of long term relation opportunities and maybe in other cases as well. Please contact us to discuss. We have such requirements because we are trying to minimize a risk of non-payment. We have very bad experience related to this matter.
N o t e s f o r b u y e r s:
- Changing project scope during working process without changing a budget is not acceptable. We will require additional funds for the additional things. Everything about a project should be discussed BEFORE starting the project. Also if you expect any revisions or small changes please let me know BEFORE starting so that we have it in mind.
- Usually we don't offer free maintenance/support after completing a project and therefore it isn't included in our bid by default. If you want support or something similar please discuss it with us BEFORE starting a project. Otherwise you will have to pay for it additionally(usually by our hourly rate).
