This is an IT oriented Company that is providing IT Solution like software development, Database Development, Data Management services. We not only develop database but also provide solution to data entry, update, and data manipulation by configuring database server.

HUMAN RESOURCES

FSLBD has its own HRD policy in the field of IT.

1. Learn by doing software projects which develops trainee by learning software through doing projects not only by learning programming syntax; introduction the methods, within three to four months of training, a trainee become a complete programmer.

2. Providing training about Basics of Computing technology for a period of minimum one month.

3. Providing training about English learning which includes vocabulary, listening, grammar, sentence making as per American teaching methodology.

4. Trainees are collected through advertisement in national newspaper and selected through proper interview.

Minimum educational qualification we look for is Bachelor with at least 3 years of working experience: for particular job, the selection criteria is Master degree holder with at least 2 years; professional experience, we seek specially for DATA ENTRY/ CONVERSION for who has experience in the field of medical practice like nurses, lab assistance, sales representatives etc.

Our systems team uses industry standard image processing software with which it undertakes cropping and resizing of images in various formats tiff, jpeg, pdf etc. We use this for those clients who provide the inputs in the form of images. By using such software we help reduce the file size of the images & subsequently reduce the transmission time for time critical projects involving high volume data processing.
