Payment Terms

We like set up and agree to clear lines of communication from the begining of the project. It is helpful to start witha phone call or E-Mail addresses mentioned by us to ensure that we are on the page with reference to projects scope and approach.

After this intial meeting, we establish clear milestones and dates on which you can expert to receive deliverables. We will add these milestones to the projects and send for your approvals. We keep our clients Up To Date with weekly status reports so you always know where we are in the process.

As the expert, we provide the guidence and support throughtout the process if you have questions or concerns. We provide the intial drafts and proofs for your review and solicit your feedback along the way. We continue to develop the priduct until the customer is 100% satisfied.

(2) The first milestone will be a 10% upfront deposit that must be funded before the work gets begin.
(3) The remaining payments will be tied to the specified deliverable with the final 25% due on project completion.
